Seriously though, it is extremely hard. I nearly did it once but got hit just before the finish. Damn.

Firstly run fast straight from the beginning, when the explantion mark appears jump up on a small ledge, the minute the last car zooms pass quickly carry on, at one stage you have to kneel down and the cars will just squeeze over your head {the bit when they seem to go up} Also near the end of the course just keep running don't stop you won't have enough time. I did it in about my 3rd go, but i know how annoyed you are, i want Mewtwo but you have to play Vs mode for 20 hours!!! I'm only on 2 hours.... :) Hope that helps.
Its not too tough, as long as you sprint all the way through it you should be fine. Use the tactics someone posted in Dringo's SSBM status thread.

just start a 2 player vs stock game and leave your cube running overnight.
easy.

If your on about the F Zero thing on adventure mode, then thats easy, i did it on the first day i got SSBM

Play as Samus then charge the gun up about 2/3 to full power then shoot, Captain Falcon should go flying.
