Not much is being posted in this forum at the moment, so I thought I'd post three of my favourite XBOX gaming moments to date.

HALO
Of course there are countless great moments to be found in the whole Halo experience, but the one that sticks in my mind is on the penultimate level [I think] where you find yourself cowering in the shadows just watching and listening as The Flood & The Covernant blow the crap out of each other.

PROJECT GOTHAM RACING
Speeding through the cosmopolitan streets to the sounds of Abba's greatest hits. Call me weird but the melodious tones of Sweden's finest fits with PGR's visuals like the proverbial hand-in-glove. Oh, and the Abba cd is my sisters.... honest!

JET SET RADIO FUTURE
Grinding, jumping and tricking around any level without touching the ground - especially on the telegraph wires of the sunset level Kibogaoka Hill. Marvellous.

Halo- The ending is one of the best climaxes in a game which doesn't resort to a big Boss at the end. Racing to escape before the ship blows up, then "that herioc drum music kicks in. Followed up then by runnning the gaunlet for the last few metres witht he covanent and Flood are doing their best to gun you down. Great. :)

Rallisport- The insane multiplayer matches it brings. Fast ralling mixed with cars that can be flipped over if you're not careful. Huge arguments are to be had among friends.
"He cheated" "You've got the bester car" and "stop crashing into me you ****!" are common phrases to be heard. It makes for great entertainment.

JSRF- Relising just how HUGE the game is and how much effort and time must be put in in order to complete it 100%. A challange, which doesn't feel like a chore.

Wreckless is a hit & miss game, but the long race through the neon lit city at night is one that springs to mind. Smashing through the market stalls and watching the sparks fizz and fly.

Slamming my opponent into the electric fence and momentarily shorting the arena's lights is my fave bit. And also the forest area, finishing off my opponent in the stream is always good. Amazing graphics and speed.

If I were to pick 3 favourite moments, they would all be on Halo. ;-)) But I'll do it over 3 games. :-)

Halo
Best moment on Halo has to be when I drove the jeep off the cliff (near the downed dropship) on the Silent Cartographer level. I had to marine passengers with Covenant troops waiting below. I drove full speed off the cliff and not only did I land on the wheels (with quite a big bounce from the suspension of course), but I also carried on without stopping, running over a Jackel while swinging the back of the jeep around into another 2 of them. :-)

DOA3
What really added to the experience of this game was the graphics details. Its a gorgeous looking game. :-) One of my favourite moments so far on this game has to be when I'm kicking opponents through glass, walls, ice, etc. ;-)

Project Gothem
An excellent racing game. I like the way you can use your own music tracks as you race rather than the ones the game gives you. Its great the way its done to make it sound as though your listening to a radio station with your tracks being requests. :-)
