Dringo, famed for repeated battles against Sony, Microsoft and other companies claimed that the console does have "some good games". Cooky fellow Nintendo fan from the Nintendo forum was reported to be "SHOCKED" by this announcement but added, "I think we should allow him to explain himself".
----UPDATED----
Dringo was difficult to get hold of all day but an interview held with websites such as IGN, Games radar and Special Reserve revealed more about this shocking revelation.
"I'm impressed by some of the games I'm seeing" began Dringo "Yes many are PC ports but I much rather play on consoles than PC's and the ability to play those PC games I am attracted to on a console seems quite an intriguing prospect." Special Reserve's Ali for the Upwire crew asked Dringo to "Be more specific" and so began a long and boring speech cut down for your enjoyment.
"My favourite games that are not on the Gamecube are Dead or Alive and Jet Set Radio. I really want Dead or Alive 3, Jet Set Radio future looks awesome, I love First person shooters and although Metroid will thrash it Halo still looks promising. I am of course interested by the Dead or Alive Volley Ball game but purely for gameplay purposes."
At this point a man in a duffle coat hiding in the corner burst forth and was none other than Shigeru Miyamoto. "How can you say that, yes we miss Jet Set Radio but we have good replacements for those other titles!” Shigsy as he is often known was referring to games such as Beach Spikers from SEGA a babe fest volley ball game based on the already well established Virtual Tennis and Super Smash Brothers: Melee which easily eclipses Dead or Alive 3. Almost shocked into a heart attack, Nintendo president Hiroshi Yamauchi stepped down claiming, "I can't take this kind of rejection."
"I still believe Nintendo are the best,” yelled Dringo as the croud dispersed in grumbles. Dringo finally smiled and produced an axe from the table smashing it through the X-box on his table. Everyone turned around:
"Like I'd put that black monster before Mario, Link and Samus" finished Dringo. Bill Gates soon entered the room demanding why Dringo had changed his mind only to be promptly shot by Shigeru Miyamoto. Now he truly is a god.
I tell you.
