Yes, we had this during the election.

I have your software, well, a version that uses the same protocol - ntp. Mine runs every time I connect to the Internet, and nudges the clock. I can also use the ntpd deamon, but I don't trust it.

they certainly do support php...

btw, has anyone noticed that the message time stamps on the forums are about 5 minutes fast??? i have a clock that updates to greenwich time, and my pc auto-connects to a time server (not the dreaded pc manufacturer Time).
