I've got the PHP hit counter running on my website (copied directly from the freeola PHP bit) and it's just reset itself back to zero this morning.
When I checked first thing this morning it was reading 1065, and now it's back to the twenties. Can anyone tell me why, and how to fix it?

Do Freeola have sense? Toughy..

All you need to do is edit the text file with the number in it (hits.txt if they have any sense).

Maybe you did what I did a while ago, and overwrite the hits file. But unfortunatly the onmly thing you can do is re-upload the counter file with the number in you had before.

I've updated and reloaded the page 2 or 3 times in the last month, and it's just continued up from where it left off. It's been over a week since I last uploaded an updated page, and this just happened this morning.

Er, have you made changes and re-uploaded the page? If not then maybe Freeola have reset the servers or something, not sure. Nothing you can do really, sorry.
