Georgia somehow managed to bang her head, and make her teeth bleed, looked very nasty, you can't watch this happen to one of your own, makes you want to be sick. Not bleeding much, but still more than any parent should want to see.
She struggled to get off to sleep, kept waking too. Poor thing.
I too had something of a mishap. We have a toddler-gate on our kitchen door - so we can shut the kids out when the oven in on. This gate has a bar across the bottom, which I caught my little toe on. I fell down, banging my arm on the metal frame of a buggy.
Because of Georgia's bump, I didn't pay my own much attention, but now, a good 12 hours later, it still feels rather uncomfortable. I can turn my toes together, but it does hurt a bit. As I'm off work tomorrow, if it still hurts I might have to go get it checked out.
Bah.
Still, glad to hear she's ok and hope you're recovered yourself soon, go put your feet up Meka!
My toe seems mostly okay now too. It was still feeling uncomfortable right through the next day, but by the next morning it was fine.
But yesterday, after the footie, I was helping Lisa in the garden, and took a bunch of stuff down the tip, only I seem to have lifted more than I was able, and my back aches today!

Yeah, we had them at the top and bottom of the stairs for when we were young. For some reason we still have the one at the top (I guess so people don't fall down the stairs when they're going to the toilet in the middle of the night) but I'm ALWAYS banging into it. Bloomin' hurts, though it's made of wood (being that it was made back in the 80s) and not metal or anything - which is a relief
And I hope your kid and your, um, toe are OK

Well I'm almost certain it was the gums around the teeth, but that doesn't sound as good. ;o)
Well, very good that Georgia's ok. :) :)
Me? I don't think I hurt enough to have broken something. I have a pain in my foot, just below the little toe though, and it won't go away. I can feel it when I walk. Definitely not broken, I can move everything with a little pain, possibly worth getting it looked at though, as it is uncomfortable.
