It's getting annoying now, it's glaringly obvious after their almost no show at E3 that they'll be going multi-format. I know they love making us wait for games but this is just taking the pish..

Bring back 'Captain N: The Game Master' and we'll never need Rare again!!

But it's very true that Rare did keep the N64 alive with the likes of Perfect Dark, Conker, GoldenEye, and more.
Nintendo may have become Sega - and given-up completely without them! :o

Imagine how much the other consoles will benfit from them... :(

Goldeneye for a bit in Europe?

Goldeneye ruled the west!!

I reckon that atleast 60% of N64 owners originally bought it for Goldeneye.
People who already had an N64 enjoyed Zelda, but show it to a non-Nintendo fan and they'll call it kiddie.

Goldeneye turned Playstation owners green!!
Even they couldn't properly slate it!

in Europe... yeah with Goldeneye for a bit in the rest of the world that honor goes to Pokemon and Zelda.

But honestly Nintendo need rare for Perfect Dark and Conker all there other genres are covered by the big N.

HOW DARE YOU! *slaps Dringo* :D

Jet Force Gemini was awesome, Bnanjo Kazooie was second only to Mario, Conker was plain hilarious! Rare remain easily one of my favourite developers, and in my opinion one of the best around...

*loses all respect for Dringo* ;-)

The thing is, they are capable of doing it and so they will to make more money. if you could make more money easily wouldn't you take it? Plus a larger fan base.

Isn't that right Dringo...:-D

That might be true, but when they go multi-format, we might find out that they can make one heck of an RTS or Beat-'em-Up on the PS2 or X-box!

I may be wrong in saying this but just to bug you more and remind you...I think it was RARE that kept the N64 afloat.

I don't know whether Rare will go multi-platform. It is of course a possibility, and it may happen. But I doubt that Rare even think about it that much.
