If you ask me Kazaa was not brilliant but you could find a lot on there including certain films that have just been released in the cinema.
Will it carry on regardless or are people switching? Does anyone know of a better p2p file sharing system?

Thanks very much mate, I'll have a go at that.
Other alternatives include Gnutella. This simply CANNOT be shut down, for various reasons it's impossible. Now, most Gnutella clients are poor, especially the type like Bearshare, LimeWire and gtk-gnutella. However, I find that Morpheus is excellent. It's so good, I didn't even realise it was a gnet client. I suggest you try it. I think the URL is MusicCity.com, but you can get it from download.com or search Google easily. It's a popular client.

Just had a look for this "Grockster" and I can't find it. I went to grockster.com and was greeted with some very unsavoury offers!
Can anyone tell me where the official URL is because I can't find it on twocows.com either.
Thanks
Meh, there's always gonna be a programme out there for us to download...stuff...[ahem]
With ICQ, can you pause and resume downloads? Oh, and what other downloading clients are there?
So he modified Kazaa so that it doesnt install spyware now. He called it Kazaa Lite.
It does install a dummy dll file, but it is nothing as it is only so that when you log on to the network Kazaa thinks you have Cydoor installed so that Kazaa will work.
To get Kazaa Lite go here:
http://www.kazaalite.com/nuked/modules.php? op=modload&name=Downloads&file= index&req=viewdownload&cid=1 (remove spaces)
Also if you have the original version of Kazaa you'll need to get rid of the spyware installed on your system.
To do this get Adaware from here:
