Oh yes!!! This is great news. Eidos have announced a new Fear Effect game at E3, which I think is brilliant considering the first 2 games on the PSone where so good.
I've seen a video for the game, though it was filmed by someone at E3 so its a bit naff quality wise. Still it shows quite a bit, looks even more gruesome than before and it looks like its going to have an even more twisted plot than any of the other games.

Afraid not, I haven't found any info on what the games going to be about let alone when its released. I suspect it could be later this year though, It looks as if the game is far ahead in development.
i didnt have chance to play the other fear effects but the looked great do you have any idea when the new one is coming out
The graphics look far improved for this new game, No doubt the story line will also have been revamped. Can't wait for it.
The previous two games were brilliant - I expect and look forward to more of the same!
