I am looking for a 5.1 system that I can connect to my PS2 and Xbox. I want to spend around £250 but I do not know what to buy, can anyone tell me the best system I can get and where to get it. Thanks.
If its for a small room then try out the yamaha tss 1, whick is a 5.1 speaker, amp, and decoder system that decodes dolby digital or dts. This can be found at qed-uk.com for £150.
If its for a larger room try out the vidologic digitheatres, which too are 5.1 speaker, amp and decoder sets. The regular Dolby Digital only version costs about £200, wheras the Superior DTS version costs about £300.
All 3 Systems are excellent, but the digitheatres are a lot more powerful (not be mention larger) than the yamaha system.

This is what I'm looking to get myself. It's £300, but I've checked up on it, and held the speakers (weight) e.t.c. and it seems pretty substantial.

If anyone else has any opinions about that one, would you let me know please? I'm a bit new to this stuff, I want to get a good kit for my Xbox and PS2.
