Substance is due in America later this year apparently. Its just MGS2 with loads of extras though...
There is a multi-format game, Metal Gear Solid Substance (I think that's its name). It isn't just around the corner though, and I doubt it'll be out until the middle of 2003.
Somehow I doubt it very much...
