this is sort of a two in one chain. Firstly, you can all share a film which you think was very poor but was hyped so much that you expected it to be good. EXAMPLE: The usual choice, Star Wars Ep 1
Alternitavely you could hype a rubbish film of your own. Tell me how you would approach the advertisment. The winner will recieve....well nothing except a big congrats, but then is all just in the name of fun. So good luck.

If i were to hype: THE MAJESTIC, i would approach it like this;
"Jim Carrey plays his first completely serious role, and proves that Rbin Williams is not the only comedian who CAN act". This would be plastered ll over my trailers and posters.
"Another jewel from the director of SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION and THE GREEN MILE", gonna be used on the magazine adverts
I would also pull a publicity stunt by making Jim Carrey lose mis memory for real just before we go into a press conference.
Then i would do a John Carpenter. Put the film out for a day, then take it away so every one forgets about it (notice how i keep playing on the amnesia gig) then after four months re-release it.

The Film: Hannibal
The Hype: This film is better than silence of the lambs!
The Conclusion: Lots of disappointed people angry at the fact the film is little more than cash in of a much better and more enjoyable film, with allot of unnecessary gore thrown in. Both man hunter and silence of the lambs deserve a better sequel than this.

Film: BAD TASTE
With Aliens Threatening to take over the world, cook it's inhabitants and sell them as delicious treats in their own planet, there's only one man that can stop them - Derek.
The aliens themselves are masters of disguises, looking exactly like haman beings. Only the facts that they all wear blue denim shirts, and have the IQ of a cricket bat alerts derek to the fact that they are aliens.
Derek is part of an elite secret fighting force (The Boys), who's sole porpose is to investigate and eliminate alien attacks. Derek has a variety of weapons at his disoal, including a rocket launcher, an uzi, and a chainsaw - all of which he uses to rid the earth of the alien menace (and a few seagulls).
Featuring breath-taking (cheesy) special effects, awesome fight scenes, and the best plot this side of spice-world, BAD TASTE is an absolute classic piece of cinematic genious. So what are you waiting for? Go and see it today!
