Sure, there's no shots of FPS action and stupidly-big guns, but the fact that those enemies and environments are being rendered in real-time is a tribute to John Carmack's coding abilities.
Looks like the PC will need some upgrading for this one though...hopefully that new card from Matrox (the one that has 256mb DDR on-board and blows GF4 out the water) will be released before Doom3.

We know that, but it would be nice if we had great graphics to go with a great game. If it is going to be a great game that is, RTCW was a let down, hopefully doom3 won't follow in its footsteps as a crap sequel.
Very pretty, but it doesn't mean it will be a great title. Time will tell.
