I haven't had this in a while but i've just had a damn scary nightmare.
It seemed to be i slept through a whole day while ppl dragged me about place to place and it made me feel very distressed this morning.
Could this dream be because of the bad feelings or is it just a one off?

the art of dream analysis is to digest what your mind thinks of you current situation. Dream analysis books usually try to fob you off with some portent of the future.
