It sounds like you may have a problem with the installation of the phone s/w. Does it look as if the PC is happy with the modem -Can you see it in your Network Connections? Have you tried running the modem troubleshooter?
As you probably know Freeola Emergency Internet will take ANY user and password - all you have to do is dial 0845 604 3090.
I'm not familiar with using a mobile phone for dialup I'm afraid - but others here might be; if not you may be better trying one of the many Nokia/mobile forums.
