I can't seem to move them today. I haven't done any more exercise than normal (i.e. none), but I just can't seem to stretch or bend down. I had to pick something up earlier and I looked like an OAP who's just dropped his buspass. I reckon I'll eventually become bed-ridden, only communicating through blinking. Could happen.
