I pre-ordered my ps2 on september 7th from woolworths and was told i would recieve a phone call from sony within 2 weeks of them recieving the form. It's now the 27th october and have i recieved a call? ....no.
has anyone else experienced the same difficulties?

The pre-order number is not an indication of the amount of PS2's there are going to be available, the number is for reference only. You should take more notice of the date you pre-ordered, it will give you a better idea of when you will get a PS2.

You still have the blue form, don't you?

Ok, the pre-order number at the top MUST be less than number 500,000 or you are in trouble, and I advise you contact them.

Woolies told you wrong. You won't get a phone call, but you *should* have received a confirmation letter.

You should call the PlayStation helpline on 0990 99 88 77 and tell them you haven't received the letter yet. They should be able to send another one out to you.
