Now we have seen screnshots from both wrestling games, wj=hich one do you think is the best, WwE Smackdown Shut your mouth for the PS2, Or WwE Wrestlemania for the Game cube
Cant compare them yet.
WMX8 has been in development for quite some time now and is ready to be released.
SD4 has only just started development and will only be out around Christmas time.
SD4 will obviously be better because the makers will learn from all thier mistakes and things and will basically improve upon all of thier games.
What they have said about it already makes me think its going to be better.
Everything that WM has, SD4 should ahve aswell but just made a bit better.
You have to look at it in that way.
Right now, WM looks FAR better as for graphics and we know much more about it which makes us think that its going to be better.
Just you wait for more information and until they both come out before you start critisizing and comparing.

They both look awesome! The developers say they will include a proper season mode in Smackdown Shut Your Mouth which may give it the edge in gameplay terms, however Wrestlemania X8 looks a lot better! But its the gameplay that counts!
Saw some more pics of X8 last night and a few videos and it looks good, proper table matches where you can put them through with any move and also a full sized hell in a cell! I just hope it's fully usable/destroyable.

X8 looks good but I do think that the new Smackdown will feature a better Story mode and probably more unlockables but X8 will be a better game to come back to as in Smackdown will be more of a novelty thing to begin with, (that's going by the first three games by the way, I mean what do I know I havn't played it but then again neither have you :0P)

Maybe X8 will scrape through on graphics, but Smackdown will be far better gameplay-wise.

I think that WWE Wrestlemania is probably best but i guess that maybe just because ive always hated the PS2 since i first saw the dam thing!
