Well if it is a laser then nobody has figured out how to stop one at a certain point... there would need to be something at the end to stop it... which mean it would never work.

You could make one but the laser would go for ever... probably.. or something

i might try and make one with a powerful torch and a extra strength halogen bulb, or maybe that will jsut blow up

it wouldn't have to actually do much, but one with a beam instead of plastic/glass tube would be good

Its all about everythings relativity, if there was some king on mineral or element that had an excepionally strong gravitational pull, you could theoretically pull the light back towards you, as its been documented that light can bend up to 140 degrees under extreme gravitational force in space. And there are certain frequencies of light that if given enough power can cut through various metals. So who knows. But doubtful yoda does say.

We don't what other elements exist in the universe though do we... so its easily possible.. just as possible as a breed that has evolved like us but that also has wings. :D

As far as I know, it would be physically impossible for a real Light Sabre to work.

But I'm still hoping physicists have made mistakes somewhere....
