Hello friends! I quite enjoy a quick knife fight. We once managed to organize an 8 on 8-knife fight on and we all lined up opposite each other on the tarmac and on the word "go" we charged at each other. It was like Braveheart all over again! Sometimes though when everyone uses a knife it is too predictable. It’s also brilliant in Team Fortress Classic when you are knifed by a spy who looks like one of your team. Now that is what I call gameplay. Knife fights can be hilarious, example: most people realized it was a knife fight and so waded in with all knifes slashing except one pillock who'd bought himself an automatic shotty and waded in with that, the results were fairly predictable! :D

I know this ruins a good fight, but there's nothing like observing the onslaught, before whipping out the old M4a1 Colt and mowing down the lot!

Ah yes the good old knife fight. There where a group of us who tried to do a knife and pistol fight on Day of Defeat a while back, and it was bloody good fun too. The only problem was that some people didn't want to have fun and just went round shooting everyone with their normal selected weapons. It would be nice if could I do it again as just a change from all the seious playing all the time.
