Morning freeola, is there a way to bypass that message about the security breach, I know its handy for those just relising that there has been a problem but if your call is not regarding that then its a waste of 10p a minute to listen to her - perhaps we should be able to press * or # to bypass her and go directly to an assistant - what you think? good idea or bad idea? mind she has a lovely voice :)
