I'm sick of looking in cheat databases on web sites and seeing ones that are obviously fake!
e.g. on the SPECIAL RESERVE cheat database of which when you enter cheats they are ment to be checked by an Administrator before they are put on:
Duke Nukem (PC) DNNAKEDLADIES Naked Mode
That code is obviously a fake! If you look on the program Build.exe which comes with the game you will realise that there aren't any sprites that are naked so that code is fake!
C&C Red Alert (PC) The only cheat that works is to click on the Speaker for the Giant Ant missions. On ukcheats.com there are codes like 5555555 and select a grenadier and hold shift and typre grenadier 67 times for a cluster grenade. Westwod keep telling everyone that in the original C&C and Red Alert there are no cheat codes at all!
So I hope people who sent in those cheats didn't win Gameaday as they certainly didn't deserve them!
If I had more PC games I reckon I could find loads of cheats on UKcheats.com which don't work! DOn't get me wrong, some do work but it's annoying when you find those which don't!
What's also annoying is that it took me ages to find a cheat that not even the games company who made the game know and I sent it in (aboout 6 months ago) IT's still not been put on the cheats database!
