I mentioned this question in my other post, but I think this question is quite a big one.

I am going to get a Sonic game form Dreamcast, but I do not know which one to get...

Sonic Adventure 1 or Sonic Adventure 2???

Please help, which do u think is better and why.

Sonic 1 takes longer to complete, so I guess it's harder.
Sonic 2 looks better.
Sonic 1 is more of an adventure with platform levels thrown in.
Sonic 2 is just a platformer really.

Which of the two sonic games is the hardest to complete.

Also, which game looks better in your view?

I am clearly the best person to ask on the topic of sonic games...

Get SA1 WITHOUT A DOUBT. I don't care what other people say, but this game is huge, has 7 playable characters, loads of bosses, lots to explore and loads of fast sonic levels.

SA2 is short (2 days!), has lots of slow levels (search for the emeralds), almost no bosses, and no exploration.

Really, SA1 defines the series. Sa2 was a quick fill in. But with the price of DC games, you may as well get both,

Sonic 2 is more old-fasioned action levels, whereas in Sonic 1 there's more adventuring. I preferred Sonic 2 - some of the speed levels are top class.

I preferred Sonic Adventure 2 myself...but most others seem to believe Sonic Adventure 1 to be the better.
