EPP or Auth codes are codes used to authenticate top level domains (TLDs, .com, net etc) during transfer transactions (see here). If you are transferring a domain of this type from one registrar to another then the losing registrar will provide you with an EPP code. The domain name should also be 'unlocked' to facilitate the transfer.
Getdotted and Freeola's transfer out process is details here.
Once you have paid the transfer fee you will receive an email from us with further instruction on how to proceed.
