The first (and sadly last) album from the now deceased Joey Ramone is a very fitting tribute to his life. It begins with a cover of "What a Wonderful World" in a classic 70's style. It carries on with great songs like "Mr. Punchy" with the seemingly random vocals but with a bit of an underlying message. There's a good range of music on the CD, with the heavy guitar work of "Spirit in My House", then the great lyrics of "Venting (It's a Different World Today)" with it's social commentary, the line about kids killing kids is kind of brought home with the school shooting in Germany a few weeks ago.

Another song that is really brought home is "I Got Knocked Down (But I'll Get Up)" showing Joey's battle with cancer, and his frustration at it. The title track "Don't Worry About Me" is a very fitting end to the album, and is another great track. While much of the album is played in 70's esque punk, it never sounds dated, and is well produced. Fans of the Ramones will probably listen to this and have that nostalgic feel, but at the same time it is a new album. People who have never heard the Ramones will hear how great Joey was, and may be motivated to go get some Ramones albums.

The whole album is a great tribute to Joeys life. An absolute must for fans of the Ramones, and anyone who wants to hear what one of the Godfathers of punk could do. I'd recommend it to anyone, especially fans of old style punk. Joey Ramone will never be forgotten.
