"Why isn't Spinal Tap out in Harlow?"

Is anybody else as excited as me about the Re-release of Spinal Tap? It's a true comedy classic, yet it isn't getting released in either of Harlow's two cinemas (including the huge UCI multiplex, which has probably got pap like Billy Elliott on about 4 screens). Unless I'm missing something and it has actually been released and no-one told me.
