In football i think there is a big difference in the amount of money the football teams have in different divisions. I think this is most true in the Premiership compared to the 1st division. I am writing this as i am a Notts County fan and we aren't a rich club. We normally train decent players and have to sell them to richer clubs because we can't afford to keep them. We are having to sell our best goalkeeper (Darren Ward) because he wants more money with we can't give him. Again Notts County is being punished for being a poor team. Sound fair? Some of you might say that "that's the way it goes" but if we keep on selling our best players how are we going to get promoted and move up the division? Money makes a great difference on how fast a team moves up the table. Although i believe in what i am saying i can't say i have a way of making it "fair". The best players are going to go to were the money is. I just wanted to make a point that some teams have way to much money and because of this money they will be league leaders for a very long time.

Haven't you answered your won queries there by stating that the good players go where the money is! People are just greedy! But then who can blame them when they see other players many of whom are less talented getting more money because of the status they have - there should be a limit to the amount they can earn through the club - they can earn enough through sponsorships etc if they are any good anyway. If the good players want to stay at a certain club they will just have to accept that they can't earn mega dosh - yet.
