I think it was suggested in an earlier post to get those Monkey lovin' players to submit their times.

about the proof thing , we could all pay for a web page , and upload our times onto it , or someone get free space and then one person load up the pictures (people send them to owner of site , then they load them up) using a digital camera it could be easy ;-)
or we could just take each others word for it , would be easier

Its kind of hard to validate times when you have no proof whatso ever.
