I wouldn't normally ask for help (cus I'm that damn good) but well, here it is.

Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3, I want to know how the hell you do flatland tricks? Not manuals, I'm talking handstands and so on, also those neat little tricks the Neversoft guy does when their logo comes up.

It's the sort of tricks Rodney Mullen excells in, I'm sure you can do them, it says so on the back of the box!

So how can you pull these off, becuase I just can't do it.

Any help would be nice, ta.

I'll be fiddling around with those tricks now and see what I can pull off.

you can do them standing still.

Just stop, ollie into the air whilst stopped, and press the button combination to pull off the flat land trick, before you hit the ground again. voila

If you do a flatland trick eg handstand then keep spinning the left anolouge stick and pushing circle or square you will do combos. this also works for grinds and verts.

Yup, found em.

There under the manual list and count as specials (I never really bother with specials much) but they're there all right, it's still damn hard to pull of the combination of stunts Rodney Mullen does though.

Plus you can't do them being still.

Ah well I found them all the same.

Ive never heard of these flatland tricks though but it was just my initial thoughts to look in the tricks thing to see if they have them.
Off having a shower or something now...... see ya in a bit when you can tell me if what I said was right and slip my fiver then.

Just go to the bit where you edit the tricks. If the character has those types of tricks then it will tell you how to do them and what the trick is called in there.
