I've got v4.6 and it's gone wrong twice since i downloaded it, but then I have Broadband so that rules all of yous....

I think it maybe to do with the version of msn you have. I have V. 4.6 and it has gone wrong twice in the last fortnight now. All you have to do is go one to control pannle and remove it. Then download it again and it'll work.
