"The whole Matrix sequels business"

I think it was actually a great idea what the Wachowskis did, filming the two sequels at once. It didn't feel as I had to wait THAT long, partly because of the 2 disc set Dvd release on the way. They'll make more money from what they've done, and if the 2nd is good, then they'll make even more for the third.

So nur.

Maybe, I think it would work. The only problem is if they do decide to make a prequel, or another trilogy of films, it'll be ages before their released at the cinema. For the time being I think i'll concentrate on the upcoming movies, god knows we have to wait long time for them. Should be worth it though.

Thats OK, I'm just a little hot headed after someone accused me of copying yesterday. Anyway, although a prequel might be impossible, I think it would be cool if we got to see how the matrix was made and how it eventually took over. I think it would make an interesting film.

I didn't mean to offend you or whatever. You may be right in a way - they might flashback to the past or something, but I was merely saying that it was impossible for one of them to be a prequel :)

Er... they are both sequels.
Neo is in both of the sequels so how can they be prequels? If they were, he wouldn't be in them. Also, the third one involves the destruction of the Matrix so that can't be a prequel.

Can anyone tell me, is the third matrix film (matrix: Revolution) a prequel? I remember both a sequel and prequel where announced some time ago but I haven't heard much sinse.

It's just the teaser trailer - not the trailer per se'. That won't be out until nearer the time, but the teaser did a good enough job though :)

The Matrix Reloaded Trailer rocks! I watched it in slow motion so I could try and work out some of the storyline.

There's loads of random Chinese people, a glimpse of the real world with loads of "real" people in it.

There's a fight which appears to have about four Agent Smiths. The jumping around is mad. Neo was kissing Trinity (he's in there!)

But the best bit was the look of the car chases. Blooming heck! Loads of cars blowing up, motorbikes, a car with a gunner in it (looks a bit like Swordfish). Looks really sweet basically.. Check it out, download the Quicktime trailer! It's on the site!

Got an email from the Matrix website, there putting up the first ever trailer of the sequel soon...
