And what comes with this big event as usual? Another Fifa, with all the teams and sponsors, hip new music, smashing looks, and that same old gameplay we all know and...avoid i guess.
Watching tv the other day, and the Fifa advert pops on, becks doing some tricks and so on, got to say, the actual looks of the game looks very impressive, and from that moment, i have been compelled to get the game.
You all know the feeling, something big like this, you want to be part of it, buy the official stuff. I feel i want this game..but then that fifa tag really puts me off. I mean, i know the game will have all the trimmings and everything, just like you would want this type of game to have, but i also want a game that will play well, and actually give me some fun for a week or two.
So, anyone got it?(not sure if its out yet) Is it really as bad as the old ones? Mainly 2001 as thats what i own.
If it is bad, then please, feel free to slate the game to your hearts content.
*wanders off back to play Pro Evo...England retain the WC for the 10th time in a row*
:D
Ill stick with my beloved Pro Evo for the summer, which by no means is a bad thing.
Still, if people want come and slate the game some more,by all means go ahead, i dont mind...SR might though. :D
When you see the replay you clearly missed the guy but still get booked, it really is crap. I played my first (and last) game on the default settings whatever they are and woe the world cup first time, beating Argentina 5-0 on the way.
It is as usual far to easy and is very poorly programmed, I dont know if FIFA 2002 is as bad (or was the last one 2001 - I dont really care) but this game shows exactly how bad the FIFA games are.
DO NOT BUY IT !!!!
but for fiver you can't go wrong either way,
i'll have to check it out, cheers.
im getting NBA Street & Dropship soon, and so long Max Payne & cricket 2002. Pity I won't be able to play them at the mo, Uni exams are getting nearer by the minute...But then i'll be freeeee :D
(didn't get that Job by the way I rang the silly woman 2day and she want we wanted you to ring yesterday, now the deadlines past! god what notice! 1 day!)
ah well never mind.
Anyway, i decided, im gona stick with Pro Evo for the summer (always was, you know that dont you?) and wait for Pro Evo 2.
anyway...
Roll on Pro Evo 2 :D
Well I've just checked on the SR site for you and yes it has been released, I thought I saw the game in EB the other day but was being rushed by a nagging person.
Nope I'm not going to be swayed by their marketing ploys any more. I can't remember owning any of their World Cup series as I see this as just total cashin on the event.
I might play it if one of my mates buys it but other than that I'll stick with me game plan....ta ;D
