hi mate
all you have to do is point your gun at a guard if he says "are you going to shoot me" then you will have to get a different gun apart from the M9 and shoot one bullet in to his arm to make him drop his dog tag. Some guards don't have dog tags but most of them do, if there isnt maybe you have took it already. If you left some from the start all you have to do is start again and get them, thats how i got stealth and got a bandana.
