Option 2: Give him a good telling off.

Option 3: Imprison him for life.

Option 4: Kill him on site.

Option 5: Keep him alive but let him suffer.

Option 6: Set him free, but keep an eye on him.

Option 7: Put him in a boat in the middle of the Artic and let him fend for himself.

Cloth him in a pink frilly dress and make him recite the Lord's Prayer backwards.

I say dangle him from the undercarridge of a plane and fly him into a building. See how he like's it.

P.s the plane wouldn't hit the building. It would fly over it.

Well, bypassing any concievable human rights legislation, he should be pumped for info on his terrorist network until it can be completely taken down, then only after it HAS been taken down, just kill him. No Bond style death scenes, can't afford to take the risk he might get away. just kill him. If his network is gone, and he dies, we have the potential for a free world.

How about the Thunderdome on the white house lawn. Bush and Laden fight to the death while congress climb on to the side of the dome chanting:

ect...

I think Bin Laden should be made to fight President Bush in the circle of death.
Its a fight to the death were the victor is rewarded with a hearty jail sentence.

When considering something like this, you need to think of the consequences of what would happen. If you were to kill him, then it would probably need to be made public so that the entire world knew he was dead and gone with, but then you think about the potential of killing him. His entire network is so powerful, that as soon as he falls, another will rise. Also, if captured, he's entitled to a fair trial and nowadays, he'd probably get off with the insanity plee.

But ripping his feet off and making him eat them would be the ideal treatment. Then sending his body off to some poor African country for them to eat.
