Is none other than former WCW cruiserweight and Tag Team champion Rey Mysterio Jnr. Dean Malenko, who is the agent currently in charge of the rejuvinated cruiserweight division, is pushing for a really big deal to be made of his arrival.

The WWE needs to sign other great Cruiserweights like Rey Jnr and others for instance Juvi (former 4 time WCW cruiserweight champion).
The Cruiserweight Division in WCW was briming with talent and every match was overwelmingly entertaining, the matches were high flying with all sorts of flips and unusual move being pulled off. This is what the WWE needs from it's Cruiserweight Division.

I'm just interested to see how they are going to explain Smackdown's third draft pick being on Raw.
Smackdown's got the cruiserweights but Raw's got the gaps. We'll find ou where he ends up in the near future.
I'd say he'll join RAW, and probably force himself into the Eddie Gurrerrro - Rob Van Dam rivalry.

Shannon Moore has been on a developmental contract with the WWE since WCW went bye-byes. Mysterio was still under contract to Time Warner up until last month.
I thought Rey Mysterio Jnr and Shannon Moore already had contracts with the WWE.
