i know a similar take on this rhyme, it goes thus:

Do your b***s hang low? can you swing the to and fro? can you tie them in a knot? can you tie them in a bow? do you get a funny feeling when you hang them from the ceiling? oh you'll never be a sailor if your b***s hang low.
