With the popular games such as Bust-A-Groove and Music 2000 out at the moment with Britney’s Dance Beat on the way, I think it is safe to say that music is very popular with the people of this time. Dance Stage Euro Mix can be seen in all arcade centres and is great to play. With the combinations popping up with the beat, it is sure to get you hooked for a while. But what I am trying to get to in this post is the fact that even the world of gaming includes music. Not only in game music, but games based on it.
With stars being made every second of the day, you are sure to hit success in the music business unless you’re called the Pepper Girls. With Top Of The Pops, Pop Stars, Pop Idol and GMTV’s Tot Stars, we can also add that we don’t turn the T.V on just to watch soaps and cartoons but to listen to music as well. With Hear’Say appearing from the Pop Stars series, Will and Gareth from Pop Idol it is also safe to say that Stars can appear from anywhere.
In the “olden days”, each area of the world used music to communicate. This also shows the variation in music, if it wasn’t varied then why is it still here. I mean, if it hasn’t been varied, then we would have got bored of it and it would not be heard any more. I don’t think that music will ever be lost, especially with the amount of money invested in this business.
Back to the topic in hand, I would like to add that a lot of the music games that have been released have been successful. This must be true, otherwise Britney’s new release would not exist. Films, games and the television may be classed as “run by music”, which I would have to agree is almost true. Films and the television surely are, but the world of gaming has so much to offer and not just music.
The point of this music, really was about what we take advantage of. Before I started to write this post, I took music to just be something we swing along to and sing in our heads but then I realised that it was a lot more than just that. If it has cracked into the gaming business, which is surely one of the hardest thing to do, it must be more popular than we actually think it is.
I hope that this was an interesting read,
