"My poor hand."

My left hand is so sore. Ive been playing monkey ball for so long that my hand is aching, probably because i hold the controller tight to get the precision. Now i can only go about an hour before i need to take a break.

Isn't there a medical condition where this sort of thing happens?

It's where the hand twitches all the time due to the vibration function on controllers.
