Match of the day will be disappearing from our screens after this season. Gone will be the polished show we have come to love on Saturday nights. Instead we will have to be content with some second rate offering from ITV.

I'll be sad to see it go. ITV will break up the show with adds, but at least we won't have to put up with Mark Lawrence or whatever he's called.
