"Question about the "Thank you Package""

I was wondering if any one who got there Xbox through SR via mail order has sent off for the games? I rang up Microsoft about my receipt as it had a date well before March 14th, they said that it was fine. I read the new issue of XGamer and they said that if you bought the Xbox via mail order you need to claim your games by calling Microsoft and telling them you serial number.

As anyone sent off their receipt that they got with the Xbox via SRs mail order?

I don't know, but you are one of a very select few! I am furious with the service Microsoft have given me with this reward pack! I have waited 36 days and they won't even send an email to my query! I feel ripped off by them as I would have waited 1 week more when the price came down, the games must come soon or I am making an official complaint.

Sorry mate but I don't know the address. Isn't the site www.xbox.com the site where the form is ? If it is, go there, select our country so it takes you to the area and then there should be an e-mail you can contact over the problem. :-)

Right cheers, I have waited 35 days and nothing has come through yet, I thought it might come be Royal Mail registered post but obviously not. I am annoyed with the wait time as it is over the limit and I was told last saturday that they had been sent but it is now thursday and they don't come by carrier pigone! I have waited a long time now and I only have Max Payne for it so I hope they come through soon.

Haven't got mine yet though. Sent the form and receipt off on the 27th.
