ITV really do need to get their act together !.
Their live champions league game on Wednesday is Arsenal V Sparta Prague. Unless you happen to be a Prague fan living in the UK this game has no meaning as Arsenal are already through to the next round.
Meanwhile Leeds play a crunch game against Barcelona (who have several of the worlds finest players in their team). This game will be seen by just a handful of viewers through Ondigital.
The same thing happened last season when Arsenal played Barcelona and Fiorentina away from home. On these occasions ITV showed Man Utd in games they were almost certain to win.
The problem is ITV schedule their games so far in advance that they are not able to re-schedule as the champions league unfolds. However, Sky TV manage to do this towards the end of each season - concentrating on those teams going for the title or fighting relegation.
