Radio 5 live or Talk Sport.
I think Talk Sport has matured into a really good station. Tom Watt (Lofty from Eastenders) is very knowledgable. If you have not tried Talksport - check out 'The season ticket' which is on midweek evenings or 'It's round and it's white' - Saturdays from about 11am.
