It is O2 - there are pictures of the new kit on the Arsenal website.

I didn't get a close up look at the kits, does it have the new badge where the cannon points the opposite way.
They're better than the Tottenham kits which are skin tight replicas of the Roma kit and sponsored by Thompson holidays.
