Oh well....!
We were all cheering them on against Arsenal, then against Liverpool, and maybe also against the only Brittish survivors, Man United.
But who'll also be rooting for them on Wednesday night??
I dont think you have too...
Arsenal showed at Highbury that they can beat the best in the champions league, but thier away form is (cant think of another word) Crap.
Deportivo also ran rings round them at Highbury.
Sure, they beat us at home as well but that was down to stupid mistakes by the Barthez and Brown comedy act.
One of the best performances of the season was our trip to La Coruna in the quater final. Absolutly superb.

Yeah, but Alex Ferguson claimed they had been the best English team since Xmas. Even though their from has been worse than Arsenal and Liverpool. It cannot be denied that at the moment Arsenal are the superior team. The main reason we won the title is that we took 6 points off Man Utd this season.
As for Europe, Arsenal's group had:
-Juventus (arguably the best team in Italy)
-Deportivo La Coruna (beat Real Madrid to win Spanish Cup)
-Leverkusen (who went on to the final and may win it!)
A pretty tough group im sure you'll agree.
United Lost against some lesser teams this season and at one point it didnt look like they were even going to be in the champions league. To be contending for the Title till the end and be in the Semi Final of the Champions League after 9 Losses and lack of form is something else.
Ha Ha Ha, Alex Ferguson, sorry SIR Alex Ferguson has been running his mouth off all season and what has he got to show for it? Nothing! No trophies and having to play a qualifying game for the Champions League. Their worst season for over 10 years.
NOT TOO GOOD FOR WHAT YOU DESCRIBED AS "THE BEST TEAM IN ENGLAND" EH FERGIE?...
