I sold my Dreamcast a month or so back and I've regreted it ever since.
So today I skipped down to my local GAME and purchased a new one - just for old time's sake.
I had to get back my favourite DC games:
Jet Set Radio,
Shenmue
Shenmue II
Crazy Taxi 2
Rez
Lucky for me they were all in stock.
I'm not going to play them for a while, but on some rainy day in the future I'll take out the DC and enjoy.
Perhaps I'll buy a few more classics in the coming weeks..... I was thinking of Soul Calibur for starters.

I hope to be getting my Dreamcast soon from SR this summer.
But i'm getting a GameCube first.
So my Mega Drive and Dreamcast are never leaving my sight.
YEAH!!!

I have to say that after playing on an X-Box, I've been splendidly unimpressed by it. The games themselves look fine, and might even play fine if it weren't for the diabolically poor controllers. They just don't have the instant accessibility that I found with the Dreamcast controller and, more recently due to a trip to GAME and Electronics Boutique, the Gamecube controller.

But the XBOX controller is very similar to the Dreamcast controller. Except for the buttons on the right, it is virtually identical.

Not really. If they were almost identical, I would have no problems in getting used to the X-Box controller.
One more thing about the X-Box "controller" (LMFAO!!!!):
Did you know that when the X-Box was first unvailed, some games developers
said that it had the worst controller they'd ever seen or used?
Think about it.

Yea so? Some said it was fine. What's your point?

Yeah I did, and I thought it was a good game - I especially liked the spooky futuristic gameworld. Another under-rated DC game. Most mag reviews just wrote it off.
Transporting your soul into a sexy babe's body was particularly satisfying.
And stumbling upon secret David Bowie concerts was also cool.
