I just got a few E-mails about adult entertainment, but which wern't addresses to me, but to [email protected], [email protected]

Does this mean people are able to send E-mail/SPAM to any address on your system just by doing that???

It was most likley a bcc. If you get another one please forward it on.

I do know that it was in the 'To:' Address area though that the two E-mail/Server addresses I stated below were in.

As my home machine has been iffy of late, I used the POP Mail feature on Hotmail, and that particular E-mail displayed the 'To:' address as the ones mentioned.

Sorry though, can't remember who the 'From:' field was.

I think it is most likley a bcc but I have sent it to our server engineers to make sure.

probably more likely a blind copy (Bcc...). If people can spam what should be a restricted distribution list, I would be very surprised indeed.
