Every general news article by him that appears on the main Freeola site, which contains news that either does or could affect PS2 in a negative way, he seems to take gleeful pleasure in.
I can understand it by reviewers on a site such as Daily Radar, where the site has its own Sony/Sega/Nintendo staff, but surely the general news on Freeola should be unbiased all round?
Just an observation!
In that case, please accept my/our apologies.
The way the article in question reads, it sounds like the author meant it would be 'enjoyable' if Sony lost Square/FF to X-Box.
Are these articles written by someone else at SR, or are the from another source, and simply posted as news?
If it's another SR employee, you should stop them using 'your' name!
I think many of us will own more than one machine, if they have the capabilities/software to justify it!
Thanks for clearing that up, anyway!
MUNCH'S ODDYSEE NEWS QUOTE - "It's a shame to see what was going to be a flagship PlayStation 2 title canned at the drop of a hat."
Nuff said.
I don't think I am biased at all, but it's not my business to tell you what I think anyway, the news stories are always written in an unbiased way so as to appeal to everyone out there. I hope this clears a few things up - for the record, i'll probably get both a PlayStation 2 and an Xbox, just to show you lot how dedicated to my job I am! Keep em coming...
I don't want everything to be pro-PS2, but just a neutral, unbiased opinion would be great. If Freeola.com was a Sega/Nintendo site I wouldn't be surprised or bothered - but on what is supposedly an independent site, it's unnecessary.
Obviously Ali has his preferences just like anyone else, but letting them spill over into his 'news' items is unprofessional.
