the secret city,as you may have heard on the radio,is none other than carser city.
to get to carser city you must beat every mission,including all hidden packages,all unique stunts,all extra missions(marty chonks,d-ice,el burro,and king coutney,and all rampages.
sounds hard,nope,just takes time.hint:you might want to go and get the strategey guide for this.
now to get you going on the city.it has unlimited garage space for your cars.mr whoopees galor.a butt load of banshees,infunusses,and cheetas.and about five new cars.
it's about as big as staunton island and portland put together.and you get a special black car and a list will pop up.
the list contains every location in the game.pick one and the car will drive you there.no you don't have to drive.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo not this s##t again!!!! We've heard about this before, some idiots saying it has secret cars with cool new weapons and the white house. It doesn't friggin exsist. Give it a rest.
Bulls**t!! don't spend hours trying to this it's a hoax. Rockstar said the blocked off city may be included for the xbox version or sommin but there's no way to get there in the PS2 game ;-)
