Everytime i turn my pc on and the user screen comes up (Win98) an error comes up saying something bout Nswh has completed and illegal error. i just click ok and it works still but it keeps cumin up every 30 min.

stop the program from running,
in the start menu > run (msconfig) go to the startup tab at the top right and unckeck all of the programs, except for the ones with C:\Windows next to them, or the systray.exe, mstask.exe and anyothers sitting on their own.
