If you are not a British Citizen, you can claim your VAT back apparently. That's what happened when I worked at Marks & Spencers anyway...

The Ex-VAT price is for Businesses who get VAT relief at the end of the tax year. Complicated, huh!
You have to be a member to buy now, Excluding VAT is only if you make a business of selling games and you can claim the money back from the Government.
